by commissioning me, you agree to these terms
1. Payment
✦ Payments are accepted through PayPal only.
✦ PayPal JPY/USD only (USD preferred)
✦ Full payment is required upfront before I start the commission.2. Special Condition
✦ If you require files other than PNG, such as PSD, an additional fee will apply. The price will depend on the complexity and resolution of the requested file.
✦ The PSD files provided are for personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit permission from the artist.3. Timeline
✦ I work according to a queue, so please kindly be patient.
✦ Completion time may take 1-3 weeks, or possibly sooner, depending on my schedule. If there is a deadline, additional fees will apply.4. Edits
✦ You are entitled to 3 free revisions, any additional revisions will incur extra fees.
(This begins once the sketch is completed)
✦ You are welcome to inquire about progress or request updates at any time.
5. Refunds
✦ A 50% refund will be provided if I only complete the sketch stage. However, no refunds will be issued after the sketch is finalized.6. Posting & Sharing
✦ I may share the artwork on social media or in my portfolio to showcase commissions. Credit will always be given to you as the client.
If you wish to keep the artwork private, additional fees will apply.
✦ you may not remove my watermark.7. Commercial use
✦ If you wish to use the artwork commercially, you must first obtain my permission. An additional fee, double the original amount, will then apply.
